A start-up with an innovative transmission network inventory product

Wei Square helped a Middle-East based start-up to establish an office in London and recruit permanent employees (project managers, business analysts and engineers) to support a product deployment with a tier-1 mobile operator in the U.K. and lead pre-sales activities in EMEA.

We designed the methodology to deliver the company's software product to new customers, from pre-sales to support, ensuring clarity of costs structure, better predictability, better quality for RFP answers.

A Silicon Valley start-up with a cloud-based digital services platform for mobile operators

The product, a cloud-based mobile billing and customer engagement solution with a rich smartphone client, was being trialed both technically and commercially by a number of mobile operators in Europe. Wei Square handled the management of those trials, engaging with various teams from marketing to information security and R&D teams to ensure the trials were defined, tested and supported during trials.

Beyond our help in driving those projects, we supported the start-up in business development activities with other mobile operators in France where we had historical contacts.

A leading provider of mobile messaging software solutions

Wei Square lead on two occasions a market leader with the delivery of its core network solutions for SMS delivery in France and in the U.K.

In France, we lead the project from start to finish, mobilising an internal team (peak of 20 staffs), to deliver a number of products and bespoke software development to a mobile operator in France.

In the U.K. we rescued a failing project with a mobile operator by re-engineering the delivery approach to record early wins and gain confidence back from the end-client.
