Wei Square helped a Middle-East based start-up to establish an office in London and recruit permanent employees (project managers, business analysts and engineers) to support a product deployment with a tier-1 mobile operator in the U.K. and lead pre-sales activities in EMEA.
We designed the methodology to deliver the company's software product to new customers, from pre-sales to support, ensuring clarity of costs structure, better predictability, better quality for RFP answers.
The product, a cloud-based mobile billing and customer engagement solution with a rich smartphone client, was being trialed both technically and commercially by a number of mobile operators in Europe.
